There is no page-count limit. Record review, consultation, provider calls, and coordination count toward professional time. Work beyond the included 15 hours is $75 per 15-minute interval ($300/hour), with prior agreement. You may contact your dedicated physician at any time; response and coverage arrangements are confirmed in your engagement agreement.
Service scope and fees are confirmed in writing before payment. This is a time-based engagement, not an annual membership. Tests, medications, hospital care, other providers' services, travel, and separately contracted medical-legal work are not included. Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed. No payment is required for the free limited review and 15-minute consultation. For paid services, you will receive a written scope and invoice after your case is accepted. Pay only the confirmed invoice amount.
